Some couples attract because of their drive, competitive nature and desire to see the world…and this couple is exactly one of those couples. Their personal drive is just as apparent with their commitment to one another and their families. We actually know Andrea from her sister’s wedding that we photographed several years ago and we were beyond thrilled when they two of them reached out to us about photographing their summer wedding at Condor Nest Ranch in the hills of Pala, California. The entire day felt like an cool adventure, driving up curvy roads to the venue, pulling in to see horses, llamas, old barns and tractors. Andrea was getting ready in the main house, a classic ranch home, lots of wood and antiques. Parker and his men were kicking it together at little farm house nearby. It was important to them that they saw each other for the first time as Andrea was escorted down the aisle by her dad and Parker simply couldn’t hold back his emotion. The groom’s sister officiated the ceremony, adding a special touch with her stories of the couple and with the hills of California just behind them, these two officially became husband and wife! The celebration was poolside as the summer sun slowly set and guests started to dance and eat up the s’mores. We captured so much imagery and we literally can’t wait to share the memories from their day!
